Functional Equipment will accept returns on any product we sell, in new condition, period. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging.
APO Orders will need to be sent back to Functional Equipment via USPS at the customers expense. If the error is on behalf of Functional Equipment, then Functional Equipment will cover the shipping cost.
Special order or custom color items cannot be returned.

For items directed to Returns, expect your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
This time period includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
- The time it takes your bank to process our refund request
